The seminar fee is only to be transferred after receipt of the invoice and is shown in the respective seminar description.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, the recording will be available for one week. There will be no refund or rebooking of the seminar fees.

By registering for the seminar, everyone agrees that the recording will be available to all registered participants for one week. Each participant is responsible for setting his/her own camera.

The organiser reserves the right in principle to cancel the scheduled event. The organiser will try to ensure that the event can be rebooked for another date free of charge. The organiser also reserves the right to be represented by other highly qualified speakers.

All information is of course voluntary and will be treated confidentially!

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. You are obliged to pay compensation for the value of the service provided up to the time of revocation if you were made aware of this legal consequence before submitting your contractual declaration and expressly consented to our commencing with the performance of the service in return before the end of the revocation period. If there is an obligation to pay compensation for lost value, this may mean that you still have to fulfil the contractual payment obligations for the period until the revocation. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your notice of cancellation and for us with its receipt.

The consideration of a seminar registration takes place according to the date of receipt and becomes binding for both parties by sending the online form and the registration confirmation.

NOTE: The courses do not replace a doctor's visit! Our recommendations are suggestions for practical application and must be adapted individually. We expressly point out that no liability for injuries is accepted for both the online courses and the live classes. Each participant must carefully assess his/her own limits, physical fitness and many other parameters in order to practice without pain or injury.
